Subpar Product and packaging
The seller did not specify that the device uses USB 2.0, which is significantly slower than the new standard 3.0. Most phones sold today are compatible with 3.0 but this one isn't. The hard disk itself came in a yellow-taped cardboard box that belonged to another product, not its own. Very poor packaging.
