i dont like it
Your item waiting period at delivery destination centres is unrealistic. Be considerate that even if i make an order i will not necessarily pick it within the 5 days limitation, personally, maybe even for others, it is ideal to consider for instance making follow up calls if an item has not been collected in your set time period before you JUST return it! i had this experience with another item that you returned and it was not good.
