Dear Sir/Madam, It's with sadness I write this to you. I have been at your Hub Karen Store 4 times including a trip today at 1544hrs until 1602hrs local time. I bought this watches for my daughters as Christmas gifts, they came, I collected wrapped them and travelled with them to overseas to hand them over to my daughters, they were very happy. They wore them for a whole week, on returning to Kenya they went for a swim at Tamarind Tree Hotel, keen to enjoy their WATER PROOF smart watches....Fake Now I bought gifts for them, gifts that had a description of being waterproof and this ONLY came to light after the swim given time in Europe was cold so no swimming there.... The agents at the Hub are the most unprofessional folks I have came across, and it's rater sad for such don't care attitudes, such folks and attitude are some of the reasons this country will NEVER develop or break barriers, simply a sad state of affairs. All the stuck to was I was outside the 15day policy, the could not get around the fact that when you get a gift with a particular description you do not expect the CORE selling point to be an outright con-ploy. I bought water proof smart watches, they turned they were not water proof once they came across water, so how is this my problem as your very rude staffer told me today at the hub, the product design, and specifications were misleading so I regret the purchase and more sore dealing with outmost rude " customer service" officers. I request to be supplied with actual correctly and true specifications and I prepared to pay extra if needs be, the saga is unacceptable. If this was UK, Australia, Canada etc the matter would be handled with consideration and apathy but I guess to expect this from the likes of team I have dealt with at the Hub is a mirage. I will never deal with Hub centre ever again. Sadly, Capt. S.Musau D.o.S
