I am very disappointed.
The first look on this seat is OK, but I am very disappointed in this purchase, first of all it is not leather some kind of imitation so live time from this seat will be limited. The name “Orthopaedic” is a joke! The finish of the armrests is very poor, not possible to make any correction, the surface is very hard and you can hurt yourself at the bottom from the armrest. The adjustments you can make to this (orthopaedic ????haha????) seat are very limited yes to the height of the seat, but even there is no suspension, back support can only to backwards and forward is a limitation not even in 90* with the seat. The head support makes no sense unless you use the chair as a bed. Some kind of user manual even it was to match to include. So finely; this product is to… expensive for what it is.
