The cooking surface is rough :(
The cooking surface is rough which makes it ideal for chapatis I guess but not for things that require wet batter like pancakes, crêpes or even just fried eggs. Personally I hate it and because Jumia are making it increasingly difficult to return unsatisfying purchases I've given it away. I don't recommend this if you are looking for an all-purpose nonstick jua kali pan that can cook all things like I've listed in the first paragraph.
