What to love. It actually makes boiling eggs safer. What not to like If you are not careful, the machine will damage itself. On finishing its task it "switches off" but without actually flipping the switch like with other heaters but simply goes off while being on. The moment the heating pan cools, it comes back on again, so you have to remember to manually flip the switch to off mode, even if it went off . However, in terms of functionality, it does what the description says.
