Product is good but a cup was broken and hidden

Product is good but one cup was broken and hidden by the Jumia delivery guy, after we paid he showed it and left. We called him he said we have to order a return which requires that we drop off things ourself or pay for delivery. I was really angry. But the cups are actually not bad in general I am just mad from the Jumia guy
