Misleading. Unreliable. Deceptive

First off, don't be deceived, the dinner set I received was plain off-white, no decorative black and white which was the whole selling point for me purchasing this overpriced product. Not only did they shortchange me on the product variation, one bowl was broken on arrival. Of course the pick up station where I was supposed to drop them off for return couldn't accept that liability which means I had to go back home with the broken item and jumia don't work on weekends to sort it out or whatever so by the time I got through to anyone on Monday they couldn't help and my return window had lapsed. Blah blah blah. In short, a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.
