I am dissappointed

Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Product Delivered Dear Jumia Customer Support, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I received. The product delivered was different from what was advertised, both in shape and branding. Unfortunately, I had no time to return it as I needed it urgently for an upcoming event, so I was forced to use it despite it not meeting the advertised specifications. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I can no longer trust the seller based on this misleading product presentation.
