No straight line

1st off the rubber feet came off (cut off) and they don't provide you with replacements. It doesn't guide you to cut in a straight line because the top guide is slightly also not straight so you will spend time, knocking it back to position which for me I don't have time to keep trying my luck with a busy shop. The marked ruler on the surface is also slightly off so you will often get wrong sized cuts.... Besides that the construction is good all the same, knife is sharp and has a safety lock. If you have extra time to be marking your paper off the counter and tweaking the rule guide go for it but that puts me off. I just want to cut not spend extra time putting marks on my paper and wishing the best it cuts in a straight line.
