Lid tightening knob

After several days of use, the knob on the lid used to tighten the lid to maintain pressure got damaged and fell off. It thus loses it's purpose as a pressure cooker, but now it's just like an ordinary sufuria. And this is barely 2 months of use. Is there warranty or a spare knob??
