I sincerely had a problem with mounting. Went back to the Mombasa outlet opposite Gulshan. They helped me out am now okay. Was just thinking you introduce a service in mounting items. If I was in a rush traveling maybe would have cursed myself for purchasing the item and blaming jumia. Na huku am the one on the wrong. And also maybe give a bad review...... Kindly have your people assist in mounting.
