Disappointed!

My experience with JUMIA and this condenser microphone was unfortunately quite negative. Shipping Delays and Unresponsive Customer Service: There was a frustrating seven-day delay in receiving my package. JUMIA couldn't locate the package or explain the delay. I submitted a customer service ticket and received no response. Reaching out through [X] yielded the same disappointing result - poor communication. Broken Seal and Missing Items: The package arrived with a broken seal. The pick-up station attendant explained it was due to a warehouse quality check, which seems unlikely. The packaging itself was inadequate, raising concerns about tampering. The microphone appeared to be a generic brand, much lighter than the advertised BM800 model and lacked any labeling. Disappointingly, the package was missing several key components: the sound card charging cable, USB adapter cable, and the O-shaped chuck. Microphone and Sound Card Issues: The microphone quality was poor. It required very close proximity to capture audio clearly, and even then, the voice output fluctuated. The included sound card wouldn't hold a charge, making it unusable for extended recording sessions (over 2 hours). The One Positive: The microphone stand was the only element that met expectations. It was sturdy and functioned well. Recommendation: If you're looking for a condenser microphone and sound card, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This product and JUMIA's service fell far short of expectations. I will be returning the product. Additional Notes: The product I received did not match the pictures on the JUMIA website at all. The box appeared to be generic, suggesting they used whatever packaging was available.

the mic was a lil bit low quality but it works just fine the sound card is really easy to use and efficient the mic filter isnt as sturdy but could still work overrall the product is good and mostly worth the price
