Delivery was expected on 18/01/25. By 12 noon no sms was sent to me of arrival of my package. I visited your the delivery station in Mombasa and showed the order number. Stood for almost 15 minutes and was told the arrival was not update yet the package had arrived. Took your staff some time, while I stood there, before my package was finally released to me some minutes to 1.00 pm.
