Product doesn’t work and comes used

The pencil refuses to pair to my iPad, and came dirty right out of the box with an old pencil tip. A scam if I’ve seen one, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell on this platform. The serial number of the product also doesn’t match on apples serial checker to confirm that it’s authentic !
