Poor finishing.
In the case of my T-shirt, it had a hole at the bottom. Small hole like old clothes get. I didn’t return it because I thought I could live with it rather than go through the trouble of replacement. New clothes should be new, No? It’s something about the finishing, also the neck hem is round but has a crooked joint…it’s basically poor finishing of the product.
