DEFECTIVE BED DELIVERED

The bed delivered was completely defective: 1. The frame that is supposed to go across the bed is too short, hence does not fit. 2. It had been tampered with as evidenced from the welding. (Pictures available). 3. There was no manual provided, as would be expected. These are very serious defects and suggest deliberate attempt to shortchange. The patient we bought it for continues suffering. We must get a replacement bed without delay.
