A Gym in my House and room (when in transit)

How do I describe an item that feels like it is a major part of my life? This stepper is great and has improved my quality of life. I use it through all types of moods: Tired, hop on the stepper. Happy, hop on the stepper. Stressed, hop on the stepper. Over-ate, hop on the stepper. Need to Think, hop on the stepper. I don't have much weight to lose, but I still love the stepper; it keeps me fit and boosts my mood. Love it. Easy to carry, and the knob allows you to adjust the tension of pistons (for easy or hard stepping), and the little counting screen that shows you the time that elapsed and the number of steps you have made is quite the motivator. Absolute great item.
