I really love how a mini stepper transformed my work out routine since i love home space rather than going to a public gum. Works really well on calves, quads, hamstring and glutes muscles. To engage the core, arms and back, i attained that with the resistance bands or use dumbbells in a 90 degree bend while doing stepping workout. Totally worth it!!!! Caution: Work out for only 15 min since it over heats the hydraulic press. Also after the third use, there was some noise in each step i made but that didn't stop the effectiveness of the stepper!!!
