I don't like it
I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the Reusable Natural False Eyelashes Kit (5 pairs). Unfortunately, the item I received did not match what was advertised and paid for. I ordered the 5-pair kit, but I was delivered only 3 pairs, and the glue provided was completely dry and unusable. As a result, I've had to use the lashes with a different glue, which is far from ideal. What concerns me further is the return process. I was informed that I need to return the item at the point of collection, which incurs additional costs. I believe it is unreasonable to expect me to cover these extra costs for an item that was incorrectly delivered. I paid for the full cost of the item, including transportation, and it is not my responsibility to bear additional expenses due to an error in the delivery process. I have ordered this same item previously and received the correct product, so this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue with Jumia. This unprofessional and wrong in all manner

The magnetic eye liner was dry. The lashes are fine but how am I going to fix it if the eyeliner is dry???
