I don’t like

This product is not heating evenly. Buttons are right where you suppose to hold when you use it. I was keep turning of and on buttons while I am I use it . Plug is loose fitting that it was keep getting of the outlet while I was using it. I bought for my daughter now I am bearly using it. I wasted my money.
