Just straightened my hair for the first time and id say it did a pretty good job of it. Handle doesn't heat up and all. Will see how it works over Usage and time though. So far so good

The heat is moderate enough to prevent damage to my hair. The heat can be adjusted to your specification. The combination of combing while applying heat make it very easy to do my hair without stress. The handle gets hot while using it but it is tolerable
