I don't like it

I don't like it because it's not only fake but EXPIRED!. This display here is not what I received. The product I received has been sitting in some basement/warehouse somewhere and collected as much dust as it could that was even visible inside the packet and round it. And to make matters worse the container was unsealed! Now I understand why immediately I opened the packaging it's like some chicken fleas were in it because I was itching the whole afternoon. How now? Did you actually get such a product in that state and still deliver it to a customer? Or someone has to bear the cost? Is this the business Jumia is in these days? Horrifying! Traumatizing! I don't know how to regain confidence with Jumia again. In fact, there's no need to return the product nor ask for refund because anyway what good will you do than to bring me another 'fakier' product..And the other remaining product yet to be delivered I don't need it anymore. WHY CAN'T YOU BE AUTHENTIC?? IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK??
