It's complicated connecting the belts, I do not understand how it's connected and there is no manual to explain, again wideness its too tight to an extent the baby cannot move as the stomach is pressed hardly to the mothers stomach and so the baby becomes uncomfortable and starts crying once u try carrying her/him with it, I have not used it coz of those problems and I wanted to return the item but when I wrote a mail to jumia didn't get a reply
