Love the bag. The shoulder strap is adequately long and so sturdy. The bag has two compartments not just one. The top one is half the size of the bottom one. It's actually much bigger than the image as well. The top Compartment also has a net pocket Inside and the pocket is mode of a foil type material. The bottom pocket is made out of a plastic cloth kind of material that is just super easy to clean incase of spills. Just take a damp cloth or tissue, wipe and it's sparkling clean. Sometimes if there's a spill the smell stays but it's nothing a baby wipe cleanse can't fix. It's definitely insulated my food was on the warmer side at like 2pm after packing it hot. It's definitely leak proof as well. Left spilled water for like four hours and it was just there. Also it's huge you can fit about four average size square lunch boxes in the bottom pocket and you can put your fruits and cutlery in the top on.. All in all love the bag. Been using it for three months now and it's still as good as new. Plus you don't need to wash it every other day you can just wipe it and dry it to clean.
