You delivered the wrong item. I was tired of waiting for refund so i didn't return it but i did not like your service at all. I don't understand why you chose to deliver an item that the customer clearly didn't order.

I don't like it
The item came without the rechargeable batteries. So it does not make sense to call it a rechargeable piano. Please help me get the rechargeable batteries. Thank you.
