I am a Czech living alternately in Kenya, I am used to shopping via e-shop from Europe. So I can compare, I think you have a very good quality of delivery, but the problem is in the delivery point, the goods are not prepared in time at the delivery point, there are delays and the goods are issued later than you advise. I am also surprised by the prices, in Europe the prices of goods are lower and the warranties are longer. I bought a Delonghi coffee machine from you, in Europe it is half the price and the warranty is 3 years and here it is only one year. Why is that? I am satisfied with you and I see that you are constantly improving.
