It was not ok
Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased Shilajit, and upon receiving it, I noticed that the bottle appeared as though it had been previously opened. The paste was smeared on the outside of the bottle, and the quantity inside seemed to be only half full. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue. The resin always appears as if some has spilled out of the bottle and stuck to the packaging box. In short, the product looks "second-hand." Could you please confirm if this is normal? Thank you for your assistance.
