It is not working

This product is not working as expected. It warms the water for about 10 seconds and then immediately turns cold, and even during those 10 seconds, the water is only slightly warm. I feel scammed and strongly believe that refunds should be considered for customers who receive faulty products. I tried checking the return option, but it requires the original seal, which tore when I removed the product from its packaging. Because of this, I am left with no choice but to dispose of it and purchase a new hot shower. It is very disappointing that such products are sold without proper testing. Customers deserve reliable items, and sellers should ensure that products are functional before putting them on the market.
