you don't follow your return policy

The product stopped working after a few days, citing a no hard drive installed error which displays when the device is turned on. I tried returning the item which gives me up to 9th February, 2024 to do that which means I still have 4 days but I get an error that the item is not returnable. It doesn't make sense to me considering today is 5th February, 2024. This is a defect
