Very disappointed with Jumia and merchants. The Webcam wasn't working only to be told I am making a false claim. The refusal to replace or refund was very unfair. Jumia intervention was extremely poor. Buy from the merchant "Hameda/Hamuda Technologies " at your own peril. Scammers.
