I like it but I have a lot of issues with it

The product is working okey but it has some issues which needs to be addressed The laptop lacks backlight keyboard lights which makes it hard for it to be used at night tho I know this brand is supposed to have one Also, it lacks the ability to unlock it with fingerprint or face unlock even though I tried 100 times to configure the features which exists in the systems but due to some unknown configurations settings which iv not been able to trace the error.
