LAN port came broken. Screen went black on the first day of use. This seller sells defective laptops.

I don't like it
I had ordered a laptop with 500GB HDD but instead got a 256GB, this is very disappointing and only proves that you can't be trusted to deliver large orders. I didn't use the return policy because the item ordered needs to be used immediately by a student on transit and could not wait 10 more days for replacement. The associated logistic costs are punitive. After complaining to the customer care I got a verbal apology and a voucher worth Ksh 200 on a Laptop worth over Ksh 26,000. That is an absurd joke. I am still deciding on a way forward.
