Faulty charger and scratched surface

I would kindly request that all parts be thoroughly checked before dispatch. The charger was overheating and appears to be damaged/cut, and the surface of the machine was also scratched. I ended up finding an alternative charger because I was too exhausted to return the machine, especially after having sent back another one last week. For refurbished machines, it would be very helpful if any defects could be clearly declared upfront so that customers can make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the purchase on Jumia or not. I would truly appreciate your support in resolving this.
