WHY GIVE WRONG SPECIFICATIONS

The product is written touchscreen but it is not and there is no way to contact the seller directly.I am a disappointed customer and now my seven days for a return are over and am stuck with a machine with wrong specifications and I am too far to take it back to the shop myself.sad!
