Illegal Product

This HP Cartridge is not a genuine. When installed, it gave me a message that it was not genuine. And I wrote the review. Today, on Christmas Day - the printer is locked "for containing a non-HP chip". It is the end of our financial year and I am unable to do any printing. No one has responded to me at all on this matter. I have spoken to Kevin who advised me to log into Chat Support - I have been waiting for an gent for the past 5 minutes - no response.
