Its' a Refurb!!!

I wish they had indicated the product was a refurb, I had to factory reset a new phone coz it was in the language that was set as Chinese, with third party apps installed by other people, now for a phone that has a Ram of 8GB, with barely anything I keep getting System UI has stopped while using on simple app like tiktok lite. Also they haven't even indicated the colour that the phone comes in. My return date expired and I was in a remote area otherwise, the phone will be in your hands by now, this is disappointing.
