I don't like it

You brought me an Infinix charger quite different from the charger I paid for. I'm totally disappointed with you. My order was "Infinix 18w charger, with 3 legs while one leg is moveable in and out, not the one you brought me with all 3 legs fixed. I'm your regular customer even you can confirm from your records, so please my request to you is that bring me, what I ordered not this one. I keep this one for you in order to replace it, I have not used it coz I don't need it. That's my humble request to you.
