I have mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings because, I like it but, I am having some issues with it. Firstly, I am not sure if it is supposed to become very tight after being inflated. It always remains rather loose. Secondly, right now, one of the inflatable portions slowly deflates itself. I don't know why or how. There are no punctures I that can see but after inflating it and sitting on it, the pressure is gone in less than 2 hours. You have to inflate it again
