For a normal blender cannot complain
I give a 4 rating because the jug and grinder look very flimsy and I use with alot of caution incase it falls and breaks or something. However the grinder works well. I did blend raw spinach and honestly the blades surpassed my expectations. It blended so smoothly no chunks. It surpassed a normal blender. The downside was you can't use ice cubes as per the manual, tho I saw an advert blending icecubes etc. Itel could just improve on the quality of the jug and increase the size of the grinder. For the price it's performance is good.
