THE FLIP PHONE HAS A WEAK FIBRE AND IT GOT DAMAGED AND SIM CARD SLOT WITHOUT ANY FALLING HISTORY. WHEN I TOOK IT TO CUSTOMER CARE MOMBASA THEY REPAIRED THE FIBRE CHARGING 1,350/- AND SIMCARD REPLACEMENT CANNOT BE REPLACED. WHY PAY FOR POOR QUALITY AND CHEAP QUALITY, WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANT???
