LA Girl Pro Matte Foundation

I'm not sure if it's a genuine product or expired. It has some white cast or residue in the foundation, like the ingredients of the foundation were separating. I tried to stir it so it mixes but it didn't work. Also, the foundation was watery instead of thick and creamy like the original LA Girl Pro Matte. Despite that, the foundation blended well and dried matte, but because it was watery, the coverage was medium.
