I feel robbed! In broad daylight!

5 days after return period lapsed, external battery went dead! On opening, Internal battery was also missing! OS installed had a very bad virus I had to make a new OS install! This means I have to replace 2 batteries at once for my laptop to work as a laptop! Work on your quality assurance! Ensure you have a direct line for complaints of this nature before it gets posted in a review! It is so sad that things posted can be below required standard! And product warranty from vendor is not easy or confusing to reach!
