I purchased this product on 25th may by 30th I picked it up only for it to start keyboard problems after two weeks!!!!! Tried reaching customer care from Saturday but to no avail. Your customer service isn't responding!!! Surely Jumia????

Overall its ok.
First of all let the seller change the specs on the description of the item since it misleads the buyer, I got the 7th Gen instead of 8th gen as described. If it wasn't for the urgency that I have, I would have returned it. Other than that it is amazing and worth purchasing if you going for a good portable small 7th Gen laptop.

It doesn't have a touch screen or a fingerprint reader as indicated. It also doesn't have Bluetooth. Charges in an hour and a half but keeps charge for about 12 hours. Overall it's a nice product.
