Non Functioning Keyboard
Unfortunately, the laptop’s keyboard has several keys that are not working—both numbers and some letters. It is quite unfortunate because when the device was delivered, I was unwell and only managed to open it a few weeks later, which is when I discovered the problem. The issue seems difficult and costly to repair, and I am concerned that it may require more work than expected. I was really looking forward to it working well.
