Matches my skin exactly, leaves a natural finish, i would not call it matte. On the other hand I live in mombasa so the humidity makes my face oilier than usual so keep that in mind if you live somewhere drier. Most importantly it has not caused any acne on my skin aside from the one time I had it on longer than normal as i usually wear it for around 8-9 hrs.
