INCREASES BREAST MILK

I was not meeting my growing babys demand for breast milk and after trying everything else njahi, uji, soup, dill seeds etc. I was almost giving her formula until I was told about fenugreek. It has done wonders! I soak a teaspoon with hot water in a 2litre jug and continuously take it through out the day and my milk has increased tremendously. After breastfeeding I pump enough milk for two feeds.

The real thing

You can soak it overnight, drink the water and chew the seeds for improved digestion; you can soak it in hot water for a while then after becoming soft, accompany it with food or whatever meal. Makes your sweat smell Indianish and somewhat turn yellow.
