magic turned extremely fake fake fakeee.

Received my package today. The original box was so torn never looked original. Am still thinking of it as a rejected item from a disappointed client or worse still it looked like someone picked it from some place to dump it on me. The pipe was just thrown in the box and miserably tangled up. It took me 20 min to disentangle it. What is even more horrible is the specifications are far from being true. I was buying a 60m hose pipe only to get a 16m one. Even if it's error margin 44m difference? Seriously Jumia? Why all these lies? Last time I ordered a maroon electric pressure cooker, you delivered a silver one. I understood since all the other specifics were okay. This magic hose is a mistake I can't forgive. Was building my trust in you but how wrong I was! Am very disappointed don't think I can continue shopping with you. The magic hose pipe is a FAKE. CUSTOMERS BEWARE HASA HAPO KWA LENGTH. 60 M FAKE. JUST LIES. DON'T BE FOOLED ESPECIALLY THE SERIOUS GARDERNERS LIKE ME.
