The material is extremely light that you would definitely need to wear something underneath. Funny that the seller already says the quality of the skirt matches the price ???? because it's very true. However, I decided to keep it. After a lot of styling it looks kinda good!

No gathers, fabric is light and transparent.
Use quality fabric and add a lining. Improve the gathers. I threw it away and couldn’t return it because the shipping bag is torn. I would NOT recommend this item.
