Am very dissapointed

the television volume went off after some connections i tried to email no feedback,i called the person who(ALEX LANGAT) delivered to at least help me,he advised me to email again. I dont know if will trust your electronics again.This will be the last one. If i cant get help from you then i will get from somewhere else. On the other hand,the telly has clear pictures and i love it. Your customer care service should change from emails to calls. Its good to follow up with the client about the service or the product the get from you. Don't wait until we complain for you to follow up. Also for the electronics,try to deliver together with the technician who can fix the product and for testing. IMPROVE ON THAT
